• Develop Web application using .NET and related MS technologies

* BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical degree program.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server – IIS, IIS Infrastructure, NLB, HTTP infrastructure, Security, Configuration

3. Database Administrator
Job Description for Contract:
The role of the Database Administrator is mainly to develop, maintain and update database systems to support the school operations. This position entails ensuring appropriate information is collected, stored, backup, and able to be retrieved in a such a way to maximise efficiency of the school operations. The role is also to provide information analysis to support the decisions of the management team.
Duties:• Design and develop databases (Placement Test Database and Enrolment Database)
• Conduct database operations
Mid-Term Rollover
End-Term Rollover
Support other staffs on End Term reports
Prepare and support enrolment process
• Install database server, supervise database transactions, conduct database backup, and maintain and monitor database server performance.
• Understand the school operations and analyse the database operations to ensure the databases be upgraded to fit the best needs of the school
• Produce database documentation including user requirements and database design
• Prepare database manuals
• Provide technical support, training, assistance, and guidance to other staff on using databases
• Produce reports and generate various statistics from the databases for other departments as well as provide information analysis to support the decisions of the management team.
• Maintain and update school websites
• Provide technical support and assist with IT problems
• Evaluate and recommend new database technologies and advise the management team on improving IT effectiveness to support the school operations
• Collaboratively work with other database developers within the school network in the other regional countries
• Work with operational staff and IT technical staff to ensure database integrity and security
• Any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
• A university degree in IT
• Advanced knowledge of MS Access, MS SQL server, C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET
• One years experience (preferably in database development)
• An ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Good command of English

4. Mobile Service Planning
• Analysis of mobile service including but not limited to VAS
• Analysis of statistics of mobile service
• Planning overall mobile service, new product and marketing (promotion)
• Monitoring on mobile service
Job requirement:
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, IT or Telecommunication.
• 3-4 years experience in CP for mobile service planning
• Basic knowledge in telco’s VAS system
• Telecom network knowledge is an advantage.
• Good command in English both read and written.
• Skills: Excellency in MS office (Excel, Power Point, MS Word)
